I'm Piyush Mathur. I've spent years inside marketing setups that were spending well and growing slowly. The pattern repeated everywhere. Every vendor executed their part. Nobody owned the whole.

What exactly is a part-time CMO?

A part-time CMO owns your marketing strategy without a full-time salary. I audit your setup, build the growth system, brief and manage your agencies, and answer for one growth number. You get CMO-level thinking at a fraction of the cost.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency delivers a service and answers for that deliverable. The ads ran. The site shipped. The posts went out.

I sit above your agencies. I decide what should happen first, brief them, manage them, and answer for whether your business grew. Agencies answer for output. I answer for outcome.

Will you replace my current agency?

Usually not. Most agencies execute fine. Nobody briefed them properly or held them to the right outcome.

I brief them and hold them to one strategy. If an agency still underperforms after that, I'll tell you honestly, and I'll tell you why.

How much of your time do I get?

We define it clearly before we start. You get a fixed number of days each month covering strategy, vendor management, reviews and reporting.

The accountability never changes. However many days it is, the growth number is still mine to answer for.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the audit finds and how much ownership you need. I don't quote before I understand your business. That would be exactly the behaviour I'm asking you to stop paying for.

The first conversation costs nothing. You get an honest scope and price after the audit.

What if the audit says I don't need a CMO?

Then I'll tell you that. Sometimes a founder needs one fix, not ongoing leadership. A retention system. A better ad setup. A rebuilt landing page.
